Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so by 12:00 p.m. of the previous business day to avoid a $69.00 Cancellation Fee. If time pro cleaning services does not receive cancellation notice prior to the technicians' arrival or in the event that the service technicians cannot access your home or business due to no fault of their own, a $129.00 Lock-Out Fee will be issued. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages.
